FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE - MILITARY PERSONNEL
Provides emergency financial assistance to active duty and retired military personnel and their families. Assistance is provided for rent, food, essentials, or privately owned vehicle repair and/or maintenance. Army Emergency Relief (AER) assistance is in the form of an interest free loan, grant and/or combination interest free loan and grant, depending on the circumstances of the case.
